I had no sleep last night due to feeling pain in my lower abdomen and backache whic was uncomfortable. Like period pains. I did not do anything and did get 3 hours sleep. I was up this morning and they were gone. I feel very tired now as not getting much sleep and Im having my thyriod check again soon. This evening its happened again period pains and backache feel sick they are just annoying I dont want to be silly about it. Just wondered if anyone else feels or has felt like this before. This is my 2nd pregnancy and dont remember this with the first one although it was 5 yrs ago.
