Hi folks,
I'm completely new to mumsnet so go easy! Just wondering if any of you have been prescribed verapamil (calcium channel blocker) for tachycardia and arrhythmia whilst pregnant? I'm 23 weeks gone now, and got admitted straight to the antenatal ward on Friday following a check-up. 3 days, a chest x-ray, blood gases and an ECG later and they've put me on verapamil. My heart has slowed which I'm relieved about but I won't see a cardiologist until March so wondering if any of you have been in this boat and can offer advice or reassurance??
