For those of us that are overdue

Thought I`d start a new thread, cos there seems to be one or two of us that are over the 40 week mark, and getting a bit fed up.

Im so tired now, and wondering if i would feel so shattered if I was in my twenties rather than pushing 36

Well I'm 29, and am 40+2 with dc4 and feel utterly exhausted. Much more so than with any of my other dc. I think tbh it's more to do with being overdue than with age. Or maybe it's just the fact that I'm having to run around after a 12yo, an 8yo (that has had a tummy bug for 5 days!), and a 7yo. So no chance of rest at all.

Please can I join your club?! I'm now 40+3 with my first baby and feeling quite sorry for myself now. The 4 other pregnant ladies from my NCT class have all already had their bundles of joy, either early, on due date or one day past due date! And then there's me. With nothing to do, a car thats at the garage for 2 weeks (ggrrr) and with a husband working too hard and never at home. Any words of support would help massively!.....

Oh my day has just got worse! Have opened the post to find I was caught speeding last week and now owe £60 and have clocked up another 3 points on my licence! What else will the day bring?? A baby I hope!

Room for one more? I'm 40+9 with DC3, never been overdue before and am hoping labour kicks in before +14 so I can avoid induction.
I actually feel pretty good, apart from being completely fed up with waiting and the endless... 'Have you had it yet?' texts and calls.

Had a midwife appointment today, Im now booked in for a sweep at 9am on Friday, and also gonna be booked in for an induction for sometime nexty week at the same time if the sweep doesnt work, so things are progressing in that sense
