Prenatal Yoga book suggestions anyone?

Right, after making a thread title booboo I will start again ...Blush Blush

I suffered from SPD and sciatica in my 1st pregnancy, and coped with sailed through a lot of the worst of the symptoms until very late on by attending pregnancy yoga classes. This time around, due to having a 2-year-old money-eater and upcoming redundancy, I cannot afford to go to classes.

I saw a thread on here recently with different suggestions for yoga DVDs, and was wondering if anyone has come across any good prenatal yoga books, or general pregnancy books with good sections covering this? I have a habit of letting exercise DVDs gather dust, and then charity shop them to assuage my guilt at being such a layabout with a dislike for cheesy background music and leotards, so I think a good book to dip in and out of would be more useful for me.

TIA .

Ooh yes. Great question.

I didn't have the physical problems with my first pg but I suffered a lot from anxiety. This time round I have a 4 year old to distract me but that means no time to go to the gym or yoga classes. So a book or DVD would be brilliant.

Please oh knowledgable yogamums, reply.
