Bh getting worse

Every night this week my Braxton hicks have been getting worse and they seem to really hurt when baby moves.
Anyone else had this? A min ago I had this weird grinding sensation in my pelvis and thought my waters had gone but nothing.
Any advice????

how many weeks are you?? I am 33+3 and have had them since about 20 weeks steadliy getting more and more obvious as the weeks go on.

I'm 38 weeks. I've been having them since 32 weeks but tonight they are really really strong. Literally knocked me off my feet it was so painful
