So I had a bath today, lay down and oh my god it's a vertical canyon from ribs to down there.
After I had DC2 2.5 years ago I had a few physio sessions to return my stomach muscles to some sort of normality. They got to 2 fingers width which I think was good! And I have gone to regular pilates classes since then. Now it's a good 4 fingers I can stick down there to my middle knuckles

Is anyone else in the same situation? I guess I cannot do any abs exercise now?
if it's like this at 10weeks, I dread to think what I will be like at the end :(
