16wk MW appointment although am 19wks

So, is the 16 wk appointment a basic check of everything like BP, wee, weight and the like or should I expect anything else. As I say, even though this is my 16 week check I am actually 19+3 so wondering if anything would be slightly different to if I'd had it on time.

I had mine this week. She gave me my blood test results from the booking in appointment, took my blood pressure and listened to the baby's heartbeat. Then we just talked about any questions I had and she gave me some leaflets for things like pilates and aqua natal. I didn't have to take wee and I wasn't weighed. I'd guess it might be different in different areas though.
