Hi

Can anyone suggest a good pram store in London? I found John Lewis and Harrods to be quite limited.

Which John Lewis did you visit? I found Peter Jones had a good range, a wide range without being overwhelming, and a very clued up sales advisor.

Peter Jones. Wasn't really impressed by the selection - Bugaboo and I candy/apple/peach/whatever fruit seemed to dominate as they are the most popular on the streets around there.

mothercare, the one in wood green has pretty good range, I am sure there are other stores with some display models around.
Edmonton store (north) is a large warehouse type space, there are many models on the floor there, large section.

I don't particularly like mothercare but I used 2 of these location to test things out.

There are some prams at Mamas and Papas on Regent Street and Mothercare on Oxford Street. I didn't like the quality to be honest. I did find John Lewis' selection at Oxford Street much better than the one at Sloan Square.

We used mamas and papas on regent St and in Westfield plus John lewis on Oxford St. Settled for a mamas and papas one in the end.

Its worth going to the Baby show at Excel in February, there will be a huge selection, some of which you wont see in the obvious shops.

We ordered our Stokke Xplory when we there in 2009, I adore it Smile

Many thanks everyone!

Scrotum - I went to the baby show in Sept but it was too early to buy a pram. Did you get a better price on the the Stokke?

Scrotum - sorry do you know how much your Stokke roughly weights? i can't seem to find the weight info.. looking for a light pram, but don't like the look of Bugaboo... thanks!
