Can you lose your jelly plug at 17 weeks?!

Sorry if a bit grotty, but just went for a wee and when I wiped I had a gigantic jelly alien on the toilet roll. I have had extra white discharge and been passing small globules for a few weeks, but I'm pretty sure this one was not normal!

What worries me is that it rather closely resembled the mucous plug I lost before popping out DD. It was like jelly snot and tinged a faint orangey-pink. Should I be overly concerned, do you think?

I did have a MW appt this morning, but I'm still recovering from the flu so cancelled. Grrg.

I would say definately get it checked out. Any funny coloured discharge could be a sign of an infection.

Hope you are feeling fully recovered from the flu soon
