Has anyone had any problems with their Lin and Leo changing bags? mines all worn out around the front pocket and i've only had it for 10 months. When i wrote to them this is what they replied with...
We are sorry to hear that the leather on your pocket has worn. However, we have never experienced an issue like this with any of our bags so do not feel it is likely that the bag is at fault. As you mentioned, you have been using the bag for around 10 months in which the bag would naturally get scuffed around the more exposed/prominent areas such as the base and pockets, especially if hung on the back of the pushchair. So it likely that through this wear and tear the bag has become damaged.
Surely this bag to too expensive to only last 10 months, there's a really sharp piece of plastic sticking out where the leathers worn away
