Hi all

This is my second pregnancy and I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. I'm trying to remember from first time around: did anyone else get a sense at about this stage that they weren't pregnant any more? The morning sickness is easing off, my boobs aren't feeling like they're about to explode and I've managed to convince myself I'm just fat, not showing. I think I'm more paranoid this time around because I had a scare at five weeks (plus just more paranoid full stop, long story) - but would feel better if someone else said they felt this way!

Got my scan next Thursday, but I've always been impatient Wink

hi there, i am pg with DC4 12+5 and am extremely paranoid for some reason fourth time round!!

Am certainly feeling better in myself now had terrible terrible sickness which saw me medicated in the end and it is easing now and i can eat again. A relief, but then like you i worry all is ok.

Each stage is a constant worry just goes with the territory i think. I have another 11days til my scan good luck with yours!

I know exactly what you mean! I'm nearly 15 weeks and I feel practically normal again - it's very disconcerting. I do feel a lot better than I did in the first trimester - it's nice to finally have some energy back especially, but it's hard to believe I'm still pregnant at times. My bump is slowly growing (hard to know what's christmas fat though!) but this is only part that has a chance of convincing me. I just can't wait until I feel the baby move - I guess that will make everything feel a bit more real again.

Good luck with the scan! :)
