Hi everyone, I have suffered badly all thru pregnancy with constipation, despite eating all the right stuff and drinking gallons of water and freshly squeezed orange juice! I decided to try oat bran flakes after reading that they are high in the soluble fibre which is easier on the tummy than wheat fibre. After two bowls and eating my usual diet, normal service has resumed! Certainly worth a try, you never know it may help you too!
