I seem to have bh constantly. They started on boxing day. Sometimes it is worse than others. I feel my outer bits tightening especially if I need the loo or baby moves. Should I be worried? Not really painful, more annoying and strange feeling.
Would appreciate advice. I'm 35 weeks pregnant xxx

I wouldn't worry, it's normal for them to increase as you get closer to labour.

If they begin to form a recognisable pattern or become painful I'd give your MW or delivery suite a ring though.

Hi roxy I am 32 weeks and am having lots of BH's too. They are really annoying and a couple of times have had me wondering if I should be worried. They are disturbing my sleep as they seem to be more uncomfortable at night, and combined with the baby moving it feels most odd. Sometimes I have 5 or 6 an hour and then they drift away so as there is no pattern to them I am not too worried. Mind you DH is slightly concerned that I won't go anywhere without my notes!

Good luck, I hope it all goes well.
