had a sweep on thurs, have been losing my plug ever since. ^lots^ ^of^ ^it^ > seriously, how much can there be up there?? i had a show with my first baby but nothing like this. Does this sound normal?

And it's putting me off having sex to try and get things moving.

Hi mumatron

I am experiencing exactly the same thing as you, about 48 hours after my last examination I started losing my mucus plug and basically it hasn't stopped since! I have never seen anything so gross!

I hoped it meant that the baby was on his way (am 40+1 today), but so far I've just got loads of mucus and no contractions. Am so fed up and frustrated.

How are you doing?
