Perineal Gel - How to Use

Hi

I got some of this from motehrcare - but there are no actual instructions - so without wishing to sound too thick.... what the hell do I do with it? Xmas Confused

do i just kind of stick a bit on? how long do i rub in for? how many times a day? how much?????

Sorry - really clueless but keep having recurring dreams about ripping - so I know i need to use this stuff - even if it just makes me feel a bit better!

OH got me a "mums to be" gift set from Neal's Yard for Xmas which included a pot of Mother's Balm which if I can remember from the packaging you massage into perineum in the 6 weeks leading up to your due date ...?
