prochlorperazine in pregnancy

has anyone been prescribed prochloreperazine to help with pregnancy sickness, i had it and miscarried :( i think the drug may have contributed and really should have researched it before i took it but now that i am researching i really cant find much, please help x

Yes I was prescribed it and took it for hyperemesis. Had previously had it for migraine.
The consultant said there should be no issues and the fact I had become seriously dehydrated was more of a worry to her.
So sorry about your mc. If there's anything else you want to know then ask away!

thanks it makes me feel a bit easier that i am not finding anything bad, i was feeling like i caused it because of the drugs but now i feel better thankyou.:)

A couple of my friends have also had it because of severe sickness.
The mc was not your fault and these are tablets that a doctor prescribes to you remember. Hope you are feeling a bit better about it - maybe your GP could reassure you further?
