Sore pelvis, worse than usual...

I'm 36+5 with dc4. I have SPD, but today in particular, my pelvis seems to have, erm...gone weird. Its like the two halves of it are acting independantly, and soo soo sore. When I stand up it feels like baby is going to fall out, and my legs are 'collapsing' under me when I stand up. WTF is going on? I can't even lift my legs more than 2 inches off the ground all of a sudden, DP had to help me get my trousers on. But ow ow ow ow ow why has it siddenly got so much worse?

Bump for any advice? It got so bad that I took co-codamol earlier because I was in tears with the pain. Which spaced me out. I need some advice.

Mine gets worse as the pg progresses but no idea why yours has got so much worse so suddenly. Sorry. Have you seen a physio? I'd contact your midwife for advice.

I spoke to the GP about it in passing on Wednesday at my A/N, he tried to get me physio appt, but the next available one is the 27th Jan. I'm due on the 16th Jan. But it's got suddenly much worse overnight, and I can barely move. WHich is a tadunhelpful when it's Christmas eve and I have 3 dc to 'do' Christmas for! Thankfully DP is being wonderfully helpful for a change!
