I am 10+3 weeks pregnant. For the last week or so I have been having chronic morning sickness but it was getting better. 2 nights ago I was violently sick and diarrohoea all night - as did the 2 people I was staying with - so I realised it was food poisoning. I was away from home so managed to see an out of hours GP who tested my urine and said I wasn't dehydrated (I had been unable to keep water down) but they couldn't scan me. I have felt better since and have eaten and drank lots of water - but now my morning sickness has gone. I am really worried that I have miscarried but am about to leave my house again to go away for Xmas and so can't get a scan. I don't have cramping or bleeding. How worried should I be? I think I'll worry all over Xmas now.

My MS symptoms went away around 9 - 10 weeks so I suspect its probably just a coincidence. But if you are worried I would give your midwife or early pregnancy unit a call - they should be able to reassure you. Try not to worry x
