I had to have my 20 week scan repeated today (22+4) as they couldn't see anything due to baby being stubborn and probably my weight, and today, although they could see more, as it was lying face down on its tummy, it wasn't 100% clear they said. The mw said they would contact me (as they were running over hour late for doc part and same for scan so they just checked over my scan report quickly) if they needed to have me in for another scan, but it would probably be after the one I have to have at 28 weeks (growth) and one she mentioned was a medicine scan. I tried googling it but the only one I could find was for adults that involved nuclear medicine so it can't be that one. Does anybody know what scan she means and what it involves? She said from what they could see there wasn't anything to worry about, but when they start mentioning extra scans, its worrying....
