Been looking these up online and most people seem to have them around 38 weeks.. does that mean the baby might come a few weeks early? or is that really really really wishful thinking. What about you when did you get them? when did you have the baby?

shooting pains now at 37 weeks. I think its just baby pressing against cervix?

Thanks LucyBrad, have yours just started?

I can't face 4-6 more weeks! This baby is doing my head in!

Yes - its the baby's head or feet (depending on which way round he is!) bumping on the top of your cervix. I had this from about 36 weeks and LO was 6 days late - sorry!!

Both my babies engaged really early so I got these pains from 32 weeks. DS was 11 days late!
