Are sore boobs/nipples....

...a symptom of early pregnancy or does it continue throughout?

I can't remember from DS1 15 years ago!

I've had them - sore boobs for the first 4 months or so then hellish, itchy nipples from there on in!!

Hi Cameli, they most definitely are a symptom of early pregnancy...and this tenderness usually continues till around the 3 month mark when it starts to settle down. I am 20 weeks now, but my boobs were most painful at 6-10 weeks.

I am 15 weeks now and I still have sore tender nipples so hoping they start to calm down soon.

Thanks. Im 16+2 and still have tender boobs & sore nipples. Its strange but they hurt more when i am outside & its cold - how very odd.

For me it was early pregnancy I argee with Leila 6-10 weeks was hellish...oh my god when it was windy..!!! However nearly 30 weeks now and in the mornings my boobs do hurt and nippels are a bit blue...however after a quick shower all is well again.

Try keeping them warm....!!

nearly 23 weeks now and they had settled, but have now got worse again, especially if I lean on them lol. But thats about the only symptom I have so I have got off lightly :)
