5 weeks to early for booking appt?

I'm 5+4 weeks and want to know if it's too early for my booking appt. I want to go as I'm worried I've mc. My boobs feel normal after weeks of feeling so tender and swollen and I've lost that "full" feeling. Should I just do another HPT?
I just want to make sure everything's ok! :(

It's too early. You can go to see the GP and he will set everything in motion for your booking in but that probably won't happen until 8-10 weeks. Mine was at 12 weeks!

Try not to worry, it's very early for loads of symptoms.
