When Does Baby Drop?

Lulabel27 · 12/12/2010 19:48

I am 33+4 but am sure my baby has "dropped". I thought this happened at 36 weeks but it is noticeably lower in my abdomen and I can breathe so much easier and am active again now yay!
Could it be that it has dropped or is it my imagination as its too soon?
Is it a sign of potentially an early labour?

Not much help to you probably - but my LO didn't noticeably drop at any point. And he was 6 days late.x

And mine has always been low. If she drops much lower, she'll need a bungee rope!

Thanks for your replies!

I've not started to feel the need to waddle yet so I'm guessing it's not fully dropped or engaged yet but could be on the way to doing so...
