No symptoms at 7 wks

Just a query really, basically my story is

Went to docs last wk to confirm pregnancy, while there mentioned a pain I had and she sent me to EPU just to confirm that it wasnt ectopic, thankfully it wasnt but when they scanned they couldnt see anything in the sac although the sac was clear on scan but at 6wks exactly they said that wasnt unusual and I have to go back on the 20th.

Was thinking today that apart from a missed period I have not really had any symptoms of pregnancy at all, no sickness, no need to wee extra just starving all the time and I dont know if that is anything to do with it.

Should I be worried, I know that i should be relieved that I dont have any annoying symptoms but now I am a bit worried.

I had no symptoms of pregnancy at all for the first ten weeks. I didn't even know I was pregnant until 8 weeks. After that the only 'symptom' I had was a bump!

Mollycat in my first pg I was the exact same - no sickness, no sore boobs, just really hungry and everything was fine. Please don't worry and just enjoy your grub! x
