Are there any suitable to use during pregnancy? Looked at a couple online and they said not suitable during pregnancy, which seemed a bit daft.

Anyone got one/recommend one? thanks

I have no experience of the gadgets, but there is a good NHS website with some straightforward advice.

Thanks blowfish - I already do the exercises anyway, although they make me feel really light headed!

I just like toys..

LMAO Grin

Remember to breathe through the exercises. When I first started, I was holding my breath, which was also making me feel light headed.
