Unbelievably sore boobs

Boobs incrediby sore - feel sore, like they might explode, especially nipples (sorry if TMI). Beginning to leak slightly - currently 25+3

Don't remember this with DC1 - wondering if it was the cold.

Anyone else?

Any hints for getting rid?

I'm currently 12 weeks, but at about 6-9 weeks omg I was ready for pulling them off, lol, they were so painful and yes especially the nipples, I also thought it was probably the cold so took to putting extra padding in my bra and that seemed to help, lol xx

Just be thankful you're not also breastfeeding a toddler! It's agony at the moment and I can't wait until I've had this baby so that they return to normal!

Pains deffo worse than in first preg but it comes and goes.
