Evening primrose oil

Iam 39 + 2 and have heard mixed reports about taking evening primrose oil tablets to bring on labour. Has anyone tried this and did it work.

i'm 39 weeks, i've been taking it since 38 weeks but no joy, guess baby will just come when he's ready. I've had 5 and 4 were all overdue despite trying everything under the sun and more, i'm always a bit impatient but it really just seems to be the truth that they'll only come out when they're ready too Smile
