how much blood after membrane sweep?

Had a membrane sweep at about half 12 this afternoon - i'm 40+3, how much blood is normal after the sweep?

I've been bleeding since a few hours ago, not lots, just like a light period. The doctor told me to call if there is a lot of blood, he said to expect light spotting - how much would be considered a lot?

I would call them to be sure. I know I bled a lot with my first and they weren't concerned, but best to make sure x
