I'm wondering whether to shell out for a private scan before Christmas. We never tell anyone before 12 weeks but that's 3 weeks after Christmas and I'm not sure I can cope with the subterfuge necessary over Christmas (and particularly New Year as we're going away with my sil for a week).
So I was wondering about a private scan to set my mind at rest so we can tell people earlier than normal. Has anyone got any experience of private scans in North Staffs?
