O god, I have had terrible thrush in this pregnancy (third) - have been using Canesten cream and midwife told me I can use the pessaries also. Bit dubious about that, though. Also dubious about her suggestion that I should try giving up bread and sugar - I know it makes sense, but carbs and sugar are all that's keeping me going through a hellish period at work!
