OK, so this is my second pg and I'm blase out of date. Or maybe just don't remember - mind you, last pg I was so sick I couldn't keep anything down before 6pm, so maybe the food rules were irrelevant. 
I was told yesterday by MW that I'm supposed to switch to decaf tea and coffee, and avoid peanuts like the plague.
I don't drink coffee really - apart from the occasional small cup of instant (weak, with milk) but I do drink tea - 2-3 cups a day.
Peanuts - well, now here's a problem - I have MS and I eat tracker bars because they stave it off; I have a couple of tracker bars and a cup of tea before getting out of bed (!! I even have hot water in a flask for this very purpose) and it keeps me human. Tracker bars have nuts in them, peanuts.
What's the rationale, and how serious is the caffeine thing? I can swap to some other non-peanut cereal bar, but I'm going to seriously struggle with decaf tea.
