All over the external bits - around the entrance to the vagina, around the inner and outer lips, wherever you're sore.

I assume you mean the ordinary cream and not the stuff in the applicator that goes inside?

yeah its just the cream WWB - had antib's last week and now i've got lovely thrush!!! Only 9 weeks pregnant and already fed up with seeing my Dr!
