So hungry all the time? Please tell me it's not just me!

Hi, I am 18 weeks pregnant and the past few days I have been hungry all the time! I'm trying to eat well but just can't seem to satisfy the hunger! Is anyone else having this?!

I remember having this last time round, when i had DS. Would be exactly this sort of point, I had a few weeks where I just couldn't eat enough!! One tip - if at all possible, try to stack up on healthy-ish snacks (it sounds like you're trying anyway), as I'm sure that it was during this period that I really piled on lots of unecessary weight (due to far to many trips to the work vending machine, mainly!).

Haven't had the same thing this time but have been much sicker and have kind of lost my appetite instead.
