A dumb question

Please forgive my naivety!

I got my long awaited BFP yesterday after a textbook cycle with a day 14ov day. I tested at 15DPO

So, this is what I cant get my head round. Am I right in thinking that I am now in week 5?
Does that mean I am 5+1 or 4+1 with NEXT Friday counted as 5+1?

I'm confusing myself further just by typing this

Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period.

start counting days from the first day of your last period!

you are 4+2 I think

14 days till ov plus 15 days past ov plus one day (you tested yesterday) = 30 days = (4 x 7) + 2

So 4 + 2
