does anyone have any great ideas about calcium rich foods. I can't stand cheese, and other dairy products. In my last pregnancy I drank loads of chocolate milk but cannot stand the smell or taste of chocolate at the moment.

any ideas where I can increase my calcium intake apart from a tablet?

How are you on leafy green vegetables ? nuts and seeds (almonds, brazils, sesame seeds), tofu, and dried fruit are all good sources of calcium - ok if not allergic of course. Most flour is fortified with calcium carbonate so cereals can also be a good source.

I think the jury is out on whether dairy really is a good source of calcium.

dried fruit certainly a good one, I love nuts like mad but due to allergies told to stay away from them in pregnancy, the risk is very small but not worth taking.

Yeah trying to eat loads of the green leafy veggies anyway, thats great if they have calcium as well.

With mojomummy on the jury being out on dairy for calcium. I can't drink milk during pregnancy anyway, so I have to get it from everywhere else regardless.

All that MJM listed is great, there was something that was ridiculously high, but I've forgotten what
