I am on my second pg. Have to see consultant because of CS with DD.

Anyway, my initial consultant appointment has been moved from 21 weeks to about 29 weeks. This seems a bit late to me. When did you have yours?

If it is to discuss your birthing options and you have no other risks/complications, then 29 weeks does not seem unreasonable as there is still plenty of time before the birth.

I had to see a consultant this time due to a difficult birth the first time. My appointment was at 21 weeks and it was a waste of time. They told me what I already knew and that I have a choice as to whether I want a c section or not and told me to come back at 34 weeks to give them my decision.

It will be to discuss your birth options and thats it so there isn't any hurry for it to be earlier.
