Hi,
I am pg with #2 , granted it is 7 yrs down the line since him, but i seriously can't remember being this uncomfortable so early!! i don't think bump is huge in fact many are shocked when i say how far along i am but recently i am becoming increasingly cumbersome!! I now have to sit down to do laces up instead of just bending over and as for putting socks on forget it!! Is it normal to feel like this, and sometimes it hurts too when i bend is this normal too???
xx

erm, well, I'm 27 weeks and I've been similar to you for the past week or so, but I'm not sure if this is just pg or the fact that I had a bit of a back problem before getting pg which is rearing its ugly head again.

26 weeks here too and I am exactly the same! I have to get on all fours to do the children's shoes! I also find I am huffing and puffing alot when bending over. It does hurt sometimes too, and often when I straighten up baby gives me a big kick! Only 14 weeks to go Confused! I am hoping it is normal too. Once Christmas is out of the way it won't be long to go. I might have to give up shaving my legs soon Blush

I was the same at that stage, and it turned out that the baby was long lie at that point, so I think that was what did it - bubba has shifted since!

I'm 26 weeks with DD2 too and I struggle to put my socks on in the morning. I just can't reach! I need to do a contortionist kind of trick (well it feels like it) where I have to sit down and bend my leg so that my foot can come towards me! I'm going to be colossal come February!

strangeways i gave up shaving my legs weeks ago as for some bizarre reason it just doesn't grow on my legs or armpits anymore Confused !!

well I'm only 23 weeks and I haven't been able to bend for weeks so I wouldn't worry.

I'm 29 weeks with DS2, and also having trouble bending. I stopped shaving my legs a few weeks ago after getting in a pickle when I nearly slipped over sideways in the bath! Blush I also have to ask DD1 and DH to put my socks on.

A little bit of hope though - I found a pregnancy yoga class this week and found that I could actually reach my own feet the next day! Perhaps you could give it a go to see if it helps you too?

I am 27 weeks and have to lie on the bed to put my socks on! Taking off knee high boots is also a bit of a palava! I feel like I am somehow 'squashing' the baby whenever I bend over... maybe it is to do with the position its lying in..

Am 27 weeks too and tried to trim my toenails the other day! went so disastrously wrong that I went for a pedicure this morning and my friend said they looked like the white cliffs of dover!!!
they look great now though!!

if the baby's head is very low down then it will be harder to bend over, mine seems to move around from day to day so some days I am more flexible than others! (at 29 weeks now)
