Job sharers - SMP??

Hi All,

I am a job sharer and I am wondering if my SMP (130 odd a week) with be pro rata'd. I earn usually 211.00 a week for 2 days, so if they pro rata'd 130.00 I would only get £52 a week odd. Any job sharers out there with experience please?

No, it won't. It's the same as working part-time hours, SMP is the same amount as long as you qualify for it!. I've had 2 SMPs(?) on 22.5 hours a week.
