How late did you get your BFP?

Did you have to wait a number of days after AF was due before getting your BFP?

i didnt get a BFP till around 5 and a half weeks afta my last period, tried a wk b4 and then agen and agen and got negatives, i knew i was pregnant somehow and got a BFP around a wk and a half afta i thought period was due, i was on pill tho so muxt have ovulated late or something

I got mine the day after AF was due. The only reason we got the tests was because I had been feeling sick for 4 days prior to this!

However the line was not as bold as the line I got taking a second test first thing in the morning 5 days later.

ironically, all the times i have actually been pregnant, i haven't tested til i have been 4-5 days late but got bfp's straight away.

First time I didn't test until I was 12 days late as I didn't believe I was actually pregnant. This time I had a strong feeling and took the test the day I was due on (day 28), in the late afternoon. It was a cheap test and the line was very very faint, DH said I was looking for something that wasn't there so I sent him to the shop to get a first response and done that about an hour later and it was a much stronger positive.

I was shocked it happened to quickly so done another 2 cheap tests later in the same week. They were positive but much fainter than the first response.

I was about 3 days late & got a really strong line, it came up immediately & was stronger than the control.

Sounds like it's very normal to get a BFP after AF is due. I was thinking it's something that should show before AF but not necessarily. Did you 'know' you were pregnant by AF due date?

The day I was due with my DS, 8 days late with my DD and this time I'm not sure! I took the test 2 days after I thought AF was due but my scan dated me 5 days earlier than I thought which would have meant I was actually getting a strong positive before I was due on!
