I'll raise your rice cakes for Ritz crackers and full fat Philadelphia. I'm also addicted to chocolate Hobnobs.

Weight Watchers here I come. Dammit!

just breast feed afterwards! I lose tonnes of weight doing that x

the best thing would be to do some physical activity (gym, walk, swim) and stop eating. not everyone is able to breastfeed / have milk, and it will be difficult to lose weight (unless you are in your early 20s). needless to say, the more weight you put on now, the more risk there is of pregnancy complications in the future. i am not trying to be mean, as i am in the same boat... physical activity helps me hugely to stay on a healthy eating plan. also, try keeping a food diary and not eat more than 2000 cal per day... been a huge help to me. good luck!

I ate like crazy from weeks 6-16 - couldn't stop! Since the bump got bigger, my stomach is so squashed I can barely eat a thing, so all the weight gain from the first trimester has evened out. Just try to fill up on healthy stuff, eat lean red meat and dairy (that knocked my hunger on the head a bit) and once the crazy hunger subsides, make sure it doesn't become a habit Wink

If you leave out the cheese and swap the rice-cakes for some wholemeal/grainy bread instead and have low-fat hummus instead of regular, you'd actually be eating a low GI and quite healthy meal! Don't want to be patronising, just a thought... :)
