Lol sorry, tmi, but thats exactly what it feels like! I have a rubbish pelvic floor to start with, and it feels like I have a cricket ball between my legs, it's so uncomfortable, and also a bit worrying like evrything is all going to drop out! I mentioned it to the mw yesterday and she says it could be my pelvic floor, or even my bowel causing me to feel so weird down there, so she referred me to the physio in a weeks time. She said it may even be that its caused by spd (I also have broken hips feeling and sore lower back etc etc).
Anyone else feel like this???? It's bloody horrible!!!

Isnt it horrible! Maybe babes was lying on my cervix, it seems to have eased off a bit now and I cant feel any kicks now, so I'm guessing little one has moved!

I feel like this sometimes. I'm 30 weeks with number 2 and if I've done a lot of walking arround I feel like my pelvic floor is sagging somewhat. Similar but not as painful as when I walked too far in the first couple of weeks after giving birth to DD1 and I literally thought my insides were going to drop out.

I saw a physio a couple of weeks ago for sore back/hipsand she said all my problems were down to weakened pelvic muscles. Showed me a few exercises and some dos and don't and gave me a very glamourous body sized tubi grip bandage for when I'm walking around alot. It has helped.

This one spends a lot of time in the breech position and I have to say they downward river dance is particularly horrible. I felt like my 92 year old grandma as I shuffled round the supermarket last week legs crossed and chuntering to my bump as she tried to break out.
