evening primrose oil capsules for labour

hi,

quick question, for those of you who have used evening primrose oil capsules internally to (try to) assist with bringing on labour ....

are you supposed to take the oil out of the capsules or can you just insert the capsules (ie does the casing dissolve)?

Found this link if its any help,think it says capsule will disolve.

Hadn't heard of this before so thought i'd look it up given i'm 37 weeks and dreading labour
