Paint fumes

I am about 6wks pg and having some problems so I am maybe a little bit more anxious and stressed out but I have a bit of a situation at work that I have no knowledge about.

I work at a centre that houses various different businesses. When I got to work on Thursday after a day off, I realised that the centre had glossed all of the doors down our corridor the day before (only on the outside). My sense of smell is out of control at the moment and the smell of it made me feel ill. Fortunately I was only in the office (with the door shut) for half an hour and then went out for the rest of the day. I don't work fridays or mondays so tomorrow will be my first day back there.

Will this short exposure be ok?

If it still smells tomorrow will the fumes still be there?

I am worried that they painted the office or glossed the inside of the doors while I have been off, friday or today. Will this be ok if the paint has dried?

Oh dear, I feel so sorry for you, the last thing you need with a sensitive pg nose! I dont know whether it is practical in the office but at home if we have been painting we light candles as it seems to burn off the worst of them (not in a sealed environment obviously...booom!)Any chance you can light a sneaky candle on your desk? Or how about feigning a migraine and say paint fumes are a trigger for you so you can go out again for a few days? Im sure the residual fumes would not be at a level to be harmful though.
