I didnt get Anti D after my last birth to a RH+ child, due to a catalogue of errors. I hadnt planned another child at that point anyway so wasnt too concerned when I found out a few months later.
But obviously am now pg again, and have been given all the horror stories by the medicos about what may need to be done if I am making anti bodies.
Got my results just now and I have no anti bodies at all :) So barring any bleeding from now on (am 13 weeks) the baby should be fine and I can have my homebirth too!
