What were your EARLIEST pregnancy symptoms?

I'm wondering if you "knew" you were pregnant before you could test after the 2ww? What signs did you get?

metallic taste in mouth
extreme tiredness
nausea

I had stomach cramps, which I assume were implantation and sore boobs from about 6dpo.

I also was eating a lot, but thought I was just being greedy.

With my last two pg I had terrible, horrible night sweats.

I also get the runs.

V.tired.

I didnt get the first two syptoms with my earlier pgs. And I only get them in the first couple of weeks of pg.

I would never be one of those women who didnt know they were pg till they were about to give birth

My OH thought I was imagining things as it literally happened the first time. I had sore boobs and a strange taste in my mouth like I hadn't brushed my teeth.

The weirdest thing was a couple of days after conception I had a strange dream about being surrounded by fish in my living room! I did a search online about what this meant and apparently many cultures and religions believe this to be a sign of pregnancy!!! Scary!!!

Plus during the night when AF was due I had really bad cramps. Decided to test that morning when AF hadn't arrived and got a BFP!

implantation bleeding and slightly sore boobs - this latter symptom became so much worse as time went on, you couldn't even blow on them .

Didnt actually realise I was pregnant until 9wks+2, as had period and kept on bleeding (which was why I went to GP as I thought it was all rather unpleasant menopausal stuff - Im far too old for a first pregnancy)

but I went off wine - have been rather partial to the odd glass of red for a good many years, picked up the bottle and felt ill, put it down in shock and felt fine , then got the metallic taste - kept googleing it but didnt come up with anything helpful..

I reckon i was only a week or so pg when I got mega sore boobs, said to my DH "my period's not due for a week, how odd.... oooh I wonder if I'm PG" - had to wait a few days to do a First Response test, it was positive, and waited to do another one after AF was actually due just to be sure!

Very emotional, vague nausea and leaky boobs . I had leaky boobs before I even could get a + on a test.

I convinced myself I had a brain tumour.

The symptom that convinced me to test again was implantation bleeding - I thought it was my period coming but it was so light and kind of never materialised after a day or so....ah so excited to do the test and get a positive :)

feeling sick for 2 days about 4 days after conception every time. DC1 I thought i had just drunk too much, by DC3 i had it sussed. And none of the times did i actually get any morning sickness after that first couple of days.

Mild acid reflux both times with me (one mc)/gassy And a feeling that I was. With my current pregnancy (33w) went off tea very quickly too.

With my dd who was my first (unplanned) I was just so so tired, I would fall asleep on the sofa after work. This wasn't like me at all I am a complete night owl. I also went off booze somewhat, it was the boobs that made me test, they hurt so bloody much. I was very uninformed about pregnancy tbh and the test I did was a "rule it out" type of thing. I was so shocked when it was positive. Oh I also had loads and loads of creamy cm (tmi), so much so I thought af had started every second minute.

With my second and third pregnancies I didn't really have any symptoms, early or not. (they were both boys).

With my ds2 I was convinced I was pg as I had hurty boobs/felt odd etc around af time. Af didn't arrive but tests were -. I was very confused, but around 2 weeks later (after doing about a million tests when af still hadn't arrived) I felt really dizzy and lightheaded in a supermarket, I decided to do a last fuckit test and it was +.

It turns out I was actually ovulating when I had all the symptoms 2 weeks ago. For whatever reason I had a super long cycle that month.

I'm not sure if it's a first pg or a girl thing, but I had every symptom going with dd, but barely any with both boys . Not that I'm complaining, ms is not something to be wished for.

I was convinced I was pregnant from about 3DPO. I had a feeling like my womb was full and heavy. I sometimes get a 'womby' feeling in the lead up to my period, but this was different. I also retained a fair bit of water that week and my boobs were killing me from 5DPO. My H and best friend kept trying to gently prepare me in case it was negative, but I was having none of it! I tested at 10DPO and got a BFP!

My first sign was sore boobs and then implantation bleeding.

grapes tasted really sour - had to spit them out (gross, i know)
night sweats
very sore boobs (although not so reliable as a symptom as got these before af due)
out of breath after a short walk
strange waves of dizziness/nausea like i had flu or something

tested early because my best mate who was about 12wks pg was convinced i was pg - and she was right!

Getting REALLY hot at night-time and not fancying a glass of wine!! Then the nausea and sickness started......................

went out walking and just felt I lightheaded and weak, wheres I wouldnt normally. Didnt realise that I was a few days pregnant.

I didn't want any cake!

Husband threw up every morning for a week both times before we twigged. This time I wanted pancakes with maple syrup and last time nearly threw up from the smell of petrol and KFC. Both times the dog has been extremely clingy and protective.

very sore boobs + slightly higher temperature 36.7-36.9, while usually it is a perfect 36.6

This time I didn't find out until I was 8 weeks.
The reasons I suspected were extreme thirst, lightheadedness and a funny taste in my mouth/very strong sense of smell. I can always smell like a dog as soon as I fall pregnant and it's a good sign for me.

Intense thirst.

Yawning and feeling tired.

Breastfeeding became too painful to continue - 3 days aver ovulation.

Sick 5 days after ovulation.

Stuffy nose but no snot when I blew - has continued throughout (rhinitis of pregnancy)

Weeing. A lot. And pain like I was about to get my period - not that that really helps! And I had to get off a bus cos I felt nauseous from the smells/stuffiness.
