Hi to all needed some advice on what I should do.... (long moan)
For the past 5 weeks I have had SPD which made sleeping walking and moving very painful then last night went to get off the settee and my back went I couldn't move or get up, after a little while I just had to push myself to move with the pain, it feels like someone has sliced my lower back, my top and lower half are slipping and causing the pain but with it my legs keep giving way and I have to hold on to something to keep me up. This morning my 8yr old had to help me get dress as the pain is to much to bend and also to help me walk him to school due to legs giving way.
When I went to see about the spd they told me to deal with it as pregnant women get it, so I don't know what they will say about this and if they will help, moving around takes all my energy away and I'm afraid if I fall...should I call and tell my GP or midwife about this....or leave it...
