Funny feeling/sensation T.M.I

It feels like my cervix is wide open (sorry to be so graphic). Has anyone else had this? I have noticed a definite increase in the amount of braxton hicks since the weekend and get the odd painful one every now and then in the evening. I'm 36+4. Thanks x

the head is probably engaged or engaging, i noticed a difference once the head is engaged as the pressure is intense and more braxton hicks.
