Poor you, yes, I remember getting sick again at 20 wks, after 10 wks of feeling fine. Just one of nature's little pranks

coppertop · 19/09/2005 11:02

Yes. I had nausea up until about 11 weeks. I thought it was starting to wear off but now at 13+ weeks I'm now actually being sick too. Bleurrgh!

Yep - had it around 9-10 weeks then nothing again til now - 14 weeks. Solved today with much weetabix!

sorry to be the bearer of bad news ghostofnatt - but not that odd, i am currently 15 weeks pregnant and still sick as a dog

my midwife and my mother both warned me (correctly) that four months of m/s is not unheard of.

although a lot of mumsnetters i know said it stopped for them at 14 weeks, so you never know.

Busyalexsmummy · 19/09/2005 11:12

hehe, well i had up till week 20 with almost everyday sickness, and even now at 31+ weeks I still get the occasional vomiting, sorry

GhostofNatt · 19/09/2005 11:15

Thanks everyone, even if it's bad news! Was beginning to think that something strange was afoot - with last two, this seemed to be time started feeling better and today am sat at my desk feeling ghastly again. It is also making me feel horrid to poor existing DSes which doesn't help. It's a horrible irony isn't it - having to keep stuffing food in to try not feel sick but not really enjoying it, ho hum... All my sympathy to everyone else going thorugh it.

Actually, another question - for thsoe who have carried on with MS - did the exhaustion get better anyway? With my previous ones, it seemed to go about the same time as the MS...

everyone i have spoken to says the tiredness does wear off about the same time. apparently you suddenly feel human again. forgotten what that is like!

I'm 28 weeks today and still wake up EVERY morning with a mad dash to the loo to throw up!! Have had it really bad right from the start. Sorry, not what you wanted to hear! I just expect it now so if it doesn't happen one day I will be presently suprised!!!!

romilly · 19/09/2005 12:52

god poor you kangel. i am really banking on this ending at 16 weeks! mind you i said that at 10/11/12..weeks....!

i have just been put on iron tablets by my gp cause blood tests showed i was slightly anaemic, and these damned tablets make you feel even sicker (as if that were possible!)

My morning sickness stopped after bout 3 months. Now im 29 weeks and i do still get the odd day here and there of feeling sick.
