Prominent veins on boobs?

Anyone else got this? One even feels a bit raised up- horrid! Am 29 weeks btw

Nice blue ones?? My FIL thinks its appropriate to ask if my boobs look like a map of the M25 yet Shock unfortunately on closer inspection, they do! They went last time though so there is hope!

I had a nice big blue pulsing vein between boobs during my last pg. No sign of it now, though.
