alternatives to raspberry leaf tea?

I am 35 weeks tomorrow and was just starting to think about raspberry leaf tea or tablets - I realise that it's a bit hit and miss but I thought it couldn't do any harm to give it a go. However I've found out that its not recommended if you have fibroids, which I do.

Is there anything else that does a similar job?

Sorry that you can't take it. Have you thought about Acupuncture?

A similar job? Well nutrients wise it contains vitamins A, C, E and B, magnesium, calcium and iron so you could look for good sources of those. I'm not sure how you'd replicate whatever's in it that's supposed to strengthen the uterus. Fragine is it? Something like that.
